I bought a VOLT Lighting Kit from Costco and installed it yesterday. It turned on without any problems after installation and worked fine throughout the night. This evening, it didn't turn on and when I went to inspect the transformer, I noticed that the pilot light was off. I tried a few other power outlets but the transformer does not come on. I removed all the wires (only 2) coming into the transformer and tried with no luck. Any other troubleshooting tips? I brought the transformer into the house and tried, but it doesn't turn on. Any tips?

Wonder if you might have a dud. If you're cycling through all the different modes and nothing is happening, then it could be a faulty transformer. Should be easy to return. On a separate (but possibly related) note, I'm curious about your wiring. How long is the cable leading from the transformer to the second hub? Should be at least 10 feet (and maybe longer to be on the safe side--to prevent voltage issues. Also, if you have an available tap, you might want to connect that third hub directly to its own transformer tap. Please write back and let us know.
