I recently purchased the VOLT Low Voltage LED Outdoor Path Light 6-pack Kit with 100W Transformer through Costco.com and have a few questions regarding the best installation method for my yard layout.

Installation Questions: Due to the location of my electrical box, I am planning my wire runs and would like to use the Hub Method. However, I need to know if it is possible to "daisy chain" the hubs themselves.

    Specifically:

    1. Hub-to-Hub Connection: Can I run a main cable from my transformer to Hub #1, and then run a secondary cable from Hub #1 to Hub #2 to power the remaining lights?

    2. Alternative: Or, does every hub require its own dedicated cable run directly back to the transformer?
I have attached a basic layout of my yard (Green Circle: Transformer; Yellow Diamonds: Path Lights; Blue Stars: Proposed Hub Locations) for your reference. Light Plan.png

Fellow landscape lighting enthusiast here. As long as you’re not connecting lighting runs extending hundreds of feet from your transformer (which would likely cause voltage drop issues), chaining your hubs is fine.
