I need to install some lights on columns. I tried solar powered without success. The lighting was too weak and diminished quickly. So now I have to install a wired system. I have no problem returning a system if it doesn't work like expected, but I'd like to do it right the first time. I need help choosing the right light. I have columns 10ft tall x 2ft wide to light up. All the materials say to choose an angle of 12-30deg. How powerful of a light do I need? Like how many LEDs, how many lumens?
