I have 3 Infinity LED lights on a run and the middle one isn’t turning on. The system had been in place for about 5 years. Could it be anything but the fixture?
Hey John, From what you have described, it does sound as though the fixture itself may be the source. The next step I would recommend to confirm this would be to test the fixture in question directly at your transformer. If the fixture still doesn't power up this way, we may need to inspect the unit in-house.
