Depending on the version you have (lamp ready fixtures are generally more customizable than the integrated models) and and how it’s configured, you may have luck using a frosted lens or a honeycomb style glare guard.
As Mesodude mentioned, if it is a lamp-ready model (uses a bulb) you can lower the wattage of the LED bulb. Frosted lenses as mentioned can also help diffuse the light output further.
