I have a couple of areas I want to put on a switch to be able to turn on and off (e.g. deck lighting and grill). Could I just install a switch like one of the following inline?
    https://www.amazon.com/TayMac-TC100Z-Weatherproof-Toggle-Vertical/dp/B00R8HBSKO/

    https://www.amazon.com/APIELE-Rocker-Switch-Automotive-Pre-Wired/dp/B08R5PLDBP

I am assuming I would need to ensure it's IP66 mounted in a suitable enclosure and there is zero residual current when the switch is off?

I am also assuming since it is AC I would just run one of the wires inline and the other wire through the switch (I don't need a double pole switch)?

It would be awesome if Volt had a product that meets this need as it looks like many others have had the same need.

It may be possible to install some sort of inline switch to control your lights independently of the transformer. The question is, is it possible to do this in a way that doesn't jeopardize your equipment warranty. I recommend that you contact customer service at VOLT for some safety and product warranty guidance. I control lights in my own system via a combination of smart plug, app, and remote controlled fixtures/bulbs. HTH
