Installing my new Volt landscape kit. I am trying to utilize the included hubs for efficiency. My issue is the fixture lead wires are not long enough. Is it best to extend the fixture lead wires or daisy chain a few fixtures to reach the hub?
Leslie: I've done it both ways, they both work, but I prefer individual connections to the hub whenever possible. It makes troubleshooting much easier when a line gets cut or a mower snags a fixture or a lightning strike takes out a bulb or two or three. Whichever route you use, just be sure to make the wire connections with Volt pro nano junction direct burial connectors. They are better than anything else on the market for a waterproof connection (and I've tried them all). Have fun. Bob
