I'd interpret that to mean that exposing transformers and fixtures and accessories to temperatures like those in Death Valley or certain places in Alaska might be beyond what these products can handle on a regular basis. But if you want to know operating temperature ranges for specific products, it's probably best to contact VOLT cs directly for a definitive answer.
