Want to confirm I'm getting the correct wire size needed. I will have 2 runs at a maximum of 130 feet each. Maximum of 60 watts on each run. Is 12/2 the correct size? Also looking at multi tap 300W transformer. Will have one or two additional runs in the future but much shorter lengths, and probably less lights.
Hello Gary, From what you have described, 12-gauge cable would certainly work for your project as it is rated for uses up to 150'.
