any ideas on how I can light up the slope in this pic? I was going to use floods to light up the exposed rock at the top but I don't know what to use on the shrubs on the slope. Floods as well? Thanks!

    Hey Paul,

I'd be happy to help. I took the liberty of attaching a photo to illustrate some recommendations. You could certainly use floodlights as you suggested. You could use them in the manner shown in the attached image or, possibly (2) flood lights angled to where their light outputs 'cross' and blanket the entire area. Floodlights would typically be best for blanketing a wide-open, low-lying area such as this. Traditional path/area lights could also be another option and help to illuminate the garden bed and the yard slightly (in case you are regularly trekking through that area). But, if you were keen on focusing on the hill and garden beds, floodlights would be the best bet. For the size of this application, my recommendation for a lamp-ready flood light would be the Big Par 36 Flood Light, and for an integrated fixture you could consider the Integrated Big Splash Flood Light.
