Trying to find the simplest solution to replacing these old halogen lights

I'm leaning towards Volt brass LED lights, but I'm trying to figure out what I have now. Hoping I can get some help.

I bought this house in south Florida last May, and have had these lights turned off since then. They are halogen, but for the life of me, I can't locate a transformer. I can't imagine they are line voltage, but I think they might be. I'm guessing they are original or close to it, at least 15 years old if not 25. I know I could pull a light, and test the voltage at the light, but trying to plan before pulling it all apart.

Light placement is fine so I'm trying to avoid digging up my gardens to lay new wiring, so I just want to reuse all wiring to the lights to save me some work and time. Here's a few pics, but again, only the Intermatic timer, no transformer that I can find in the garage, outside, near the AC, etc. There are a total of about 9 lights, using the two shown (floods and pathway).

Hi, Steve. First, full disclosure, I'm not an electrician or landscape lighting expert. Having said that, that's definitely a line voltage system. I can think of at least a couple of reasons you might want to scrap that older technology and upgrade to a low voltage lighting system. The main one is that low voltage LED lighting is cooler and far more energy efficient than halogen. You could easily install a basic or even a sophisticated lighting system by transitioning to low voltage lighting. With todays low voltage lighting transformers, you can easily control your lighting with a built in timer or with an app or smart devices. You would no longer need that big clunky Intermatic timer setup. But unless you're confident working with line voltage, I'd highly recommend that you have a licensed electrician help you decide the best way to uninstall or repurpose the current electrical setup. I think you'll probably need a new GFCI outlet there (or use one located elsewhere on your property) to plug in your low voltage transformer. Finally, I don't know if the rest of your current system is installed to code but I do know that that timer is not appropriate for outdoor use. If you want to stick with your current system, there is (or at least was) an outdoor rated version of that timer and enclosure. HTH
