This is out my wheelhouse but have you tried disconnecting different fixtures (in particular the ones closest to the garage door opener) to narrow down which one(s) might be causing the problem? In addition to contacting the opener manufacturer, I would contact VOLT customer service to ask them if they’re aware of any issues wrt the proximity of the lighting fixtures or the transformer. I would also ask them if there are any warranty related issues if you use bulbs other than those sold by VOLT.
