Bought a home with a 300v system. Everything looks good but my lights aren’t coming on. Any troubleshooting tips would be appreciated

Impossible to offer meaningful guidance without more information. Is this a VOLT system? What specific transformer is it? What have you tried so far? Is the transformer itself receiving power? Is the outlet functioning? What indicator lights are on on the transformer? If this is a VOLT product, you may want to contact customer service directly so they can walk you through troubleshooting steps. HTH

    1. It’s a 300w system and it is Volt. Daughter said it was working when they purchased house. Tried the basics. Outlet seems to have power. Checked the timer that’s being used. There are photos I tried to post but it said they were too big.

It’s a 300w Volt system. Was apparently working when my daughter bought the house. Power seems good and there’s a timer
Tried pasting photos but it says they’re too large. She has a party Saturday night and I would love to get them on this week.

Wonder if I can bypass the timer or photocell and see if they’ll come on. We have no manual or instructions.

You should be able to find your transformer on the product page linked below. You will find installation and specs literature links for each product. Unfortunately, I can still only speculate. If the system was working, the previous owner may have removed or disconnected parts. If there’s a hub, check connections at the hub and make sure everything is securely connected at the transformer itself. If you want to get answers more quickly, I strongly recommend you contact customer service directly. HTH

Thank you. I’m ordering product, checking the hub and calling customer service. Also calling previous owner.
