We have 5 x Volt RGBCW flood lights wired into a Volt 600w multi tap low voltage transformer.
I attempted to pair the remote control (VAC–REMOTE -RF3) with two zones. One zone of four lights facing the house and the other light in a zone of its own shining on the flagpole. Having turned the transformer on, the lights were flashing indicating pairing mode. I pressed button one - but this has now put all the lights under one zone.
The manual gives instructions on un-pairing a zone, but can someone please explain to me how I can separate the lights into two zones while the lights are in pairing mode
    Thank you for any help!

I don't have these products yet but the way I interpret the instructions, only the unpaired light(s) you want to assign to each specific zone should be powered on as you create that zone. IOW, pair the four lights and then assign them to a zone. Then, insert the bulb(s) for the next zone you want to create, pair them and assign them to a zone, and so on. You may also want to check out the video tutorial (linked below), if you haven't already. If all else fails, try contacting VOLT customer service and ask someone to describe the process for you more clearly. HTH
