I haven't used different colors other than white since last Christmas. With Halloween coming up,I tried switching up colors. Nothing is working on either of my 4 lights??? I've tried 2 remotes, new batteries, tried cleaning lenses.....colors are still white. Where is the inferred sensor? Any other solutions? Lights are 2 - 3 years old. Thank you, Niven
Hi, Niven. Are you close enough to the fixtures to trigger the color change? I believe that it's necessary to stand fairly close to the fixture and aim the RC directly at the face of the fixture.
