Website states "This fixture produces an approximately 6-foot diameter beam spread. For continuous illumination along a path, space the fixtures about 6 feet apart."

For 6' diameter (3' radius) wouldn't the continuous illumination spread be 3' apart?

With respect Holman, the three-foot extension from one light abuts the three feet from the next, providing a six foot continuous coverage... hence the spacing.

The customer’s photo in the product listing demonstrates the spread fairly explicitly. These path lights are covering a 18’ long path. Viewed sequentially, there’s 6’ between fixtures. There’s 12’ between fixtures 1& 3 and between 2 & 4.
