I would like to illuminate the second floor of my house. I am using spotlights to uplight thr house and it covers most of the house, but we have a triangular shaped shadow from the porch. Would I use low profile spotlights or floodlights mounted on the porch roof? I would like to avoid shining light directly into the bedrooom above, so I think that lighting from the sides of the porch roof would be better than t mounting a light on the front of the porch roof. I don’t have any soffits along the roofline so I cannot down light the area. Thank you.
Beautiful house! To add illumination to that 2nd story area, you could mount mini spotlights on gutter mounts. The VOLT® Mini Brass MR8 Spotlight (Bronze) could work well, or for slightly more subtle illumination you could use the VOLT® Nano Integrated LED Brass Spotlight (Bronze).
