I am interested in using volt products to light a patio wall using 10-15 hardscape lights fitted under the coping, with a 3-4 feet spacing. Interested in finding if: 1 - It is doable? 2 - What hardscape lights can be used 3 - What kind of transformer should I get 4 - If I can drive other lights from the same output (uplighting etc, adding to another 20-24 lights) I presume that at an average wattage of 2-3 watts per "light" I'll be fine with a 150 watt transformer. Sincerely appreciate all the replies.
I've seen dimmers for LED strip lights, but haven't seen one made for outdoor use. You might be able to mount one in a watertight enclosure, but you'd have to ask Volt if their fixtures are compatible. I haven't tried it.
