We installed uplights on 2 large cast iron fountains. We had to mount a transformer for each one so there are 2. All lights indication proper function, but when set for dusk to dawn one isn't coming on at all, and the other comes on for an hour or so and turns off.
Is this likely cased by light pollution or do you have a better theory? Thanks, Eric

Try facing the photocell a different way if possible or put a shield on particular side to block the incoming light from direct angle. In the past I've used the black rubber cap that comes with photocell ( you can cut a small hole in the top and then slide the cap on more or less for different results.
