Are your LED lights compatible with X10 controllers? Most LED lights absorb X10 signal or creat too much noise.

A transformer could in theory be bypassed at the GFCI or within (depending on the unit) to be controlled by an X10 controller if that controller was rated for the load of your system. Many homeowners have done this with their Bluetooth or Z-wave control devices - if done at GFCI the trick is to leave the internal timer of the transformer set to 'ON'.

Fixture wise, we have not specifically tested whether or not they would interfere with an X10 signal in regards to the LEDs or the qualities of the metal. In theory, the fixture could work from any control source outputting the proper type and range of voltage but, I wouldn't be able to speak to the longevity of many non-traditional sources of power.
