Underground Junction Boxes Possible?

    I like the Pro Junction Box but above ground install would be destroyed when the landscapers mow right over it. Yes, some of them could be installed in beds but that isn't always possible. Can this be installed underground?

    Leaving aside any potential warranty issues, the thing is, once you’ve adequately moisture-proofed and insect-proofed the hub, you will have essentially created a bulkier version of a direct burial connector hub. This might be one of those situations where it’s best to use the gel filled direct burial connector.

    Thanks -- I should have been more clear. Is the Pro Junction Box just a direct burial box that sits on top of the ground?

    No. It’s meant to be above ground to provide easy access to wire connections.
