Just installed my system. I have the photo cell ez timer. It’s on manual “on” right now. It’s dark. When I turn to “dusk/dawn” or any of the hour times, the lights turn off and don’t turn back on. Does this have to be set during the day when it’s light out?
Turning off when it is dark out and not coming back on may indicate there is some ambient light present - essentially making the photocell think it is daylight out so, the system won't power on.
