I have a plan in place already for first level and garden lighting. Just not sure what to do with the second level.
I don't often decorate a cake layer without knowing what's going above it or below it but in this case (please refer to attached photo), I might mount a 38° spread spot light on the gutter in front of the starred regions. Hope this helps.
