Has anyone found a Surface mount that works on the spotlight that Costco sells? I ordered one from volt and it is too small and come to find out the Costco lights have a different threaded nut Compared to the ones of volt sells directly.

I wasn’t able to confirm the thread size for the Costco VOLT products but if you bring your fixture and bracket to your local hardware store or plumbing supply store, they should be able to help you cobble together a satisfactory work around. One approach that comes to mind is using a reducing adapter similar to the brass one in the photo I’ve posted here. I believe the fixture post threads and threads for associated products here on VOLT’s site are 1/2”. HTH IMG_8225.jpeg

Glad to help. Let us know how it turns out, as I’ve noticed questions and comments about the differences between the Costco VOLT products and products sold on VOLT’s site arise fairly regularly on both sites.
