What light do I need to clean up my current setup?

    Looking at the STONED portion of our home....it appears the current spot light doesn't splash correctly - do I need a flood? Or, re-position this one? Thanks in advance....

    Hi there. A few things. I'm no expert but I think if you dial back your brightness levels (my guess is those are 5W or 3W bulbs?), narrow your beam spreads (see my graphics on your photo), and reposition your ground staked fixtures, that will help a lot. You may be able to alter your existing light fixture output with filters or lamps with adjustable beam spreads. If you don't have sufficient clearance behind the shrubs to aim the lights effectively from below, it might be necessary to place your fixtures on risers. On your photo, I've indicated a couple of different locations where you could mount a spotlight to illuminate the upper gable. HTH
