Pro Hub Sticker and Black wafer - What do they do?

    Was in the process of installing pro hubs (3) to the main transformer. Removed the white sticker from the prohub that shows you how to split the wire. The black wafers in the middle fell out somewhere along the way. Now the pro hub no longer is functional. Did anyone ever have this happen to them? Pictures showing what I'm referring to attached.

    The label guides the consumer to insert the split cable ends into opposing terminal on the block. My guess is those tabs are just covering the terminals that can’t be used. I’ve never looked but those tabs might be some kind of jumper wire cover. I’d check with customer service for a solution.

    The black pieces that you mentioned falling out (somewhat resembling staples) actually connect the (2) rails/rows of clamps. With those connectors missing, the hub essentially becomes (4) separate rails.

    Do you by chance still have those pieces in your possession?
