    Dear All,

    I have a section of 2 lights under some peaks on the house which have stopped lighting.

    * Lamps are not old...do not believe bulbs need replacement (also too much of a coincidence at same time)

    * Power is available from the transformer

    * No obvious damage in the wire (is run up through gutter to roof and then tucked under some flashing to lamps)

    * Remaining lights work

    * Have not found any GFI trip

    I am stumped about what this could be. Further challenging due to height. Can bulbs have been damaged somehow?

    Appreciate any suggestions based upon your experiences.

    Thanks!

    Absent more details and/or a photo, it’s hard to speculate. Are these VOLT products? What type of lights are they? Down lights or puck lights? How are these connected? Are they part of a daisy chain or do the individual fixture wires lead to taps on the transformer or hub? My one best guess is some sort of water intrusion issue either at the fixtures or via a nick in a wire. I’m wondering if a squirrel or other animal may have nicked or severed a wire.
