I have (2) 300w transformers, one on each side of my house. One side of lights is not working. The timer displays all my settings, but when I select on, the green light does not illuminate. I pulled the terminal and plugged directly to the receptacle in the transformer and flipped the switch I side to on.. .no lights. I have to check if I am getting power to the transformer or if the gfi receptacle tripped that it is plugged into. What else can I do? I will try and swap the timer from my working side first. This one is not too easy to get to because of the location, but I will swap timers tomorrow and see if the green light comes on and it turns on the lights.

    Hey Gerald,

Verifying if the outlet is properly outputting power is definitely a good first step. If the green pilot light is not illuminating on the 300W slimline , the outlet could likely be the source of the issue.

Have you already checked the outlet?
