I currently have one run of lights and need to add another string to 300 v transformer. Where do I place the wires? The comm and 12 are occupied. Do I put into comm and 13 or 13&14?

    Hey Cindy,

If you currently only have one wire run, you would still have multiple taps available in one of our clamp connect model 300W transformers. That being said, it sounds like you have the 300W transformer with classic screw-style wire connections. So, if there is only one run into the COMM and 12v taps, you should be able to twist the ends of the runs together and re-insert them back into the same two taps without having to bump up to a more powerful tap. Of course, if you would prefer against this, you could certainly utilize the 13V tap (you would still need to use the same COMM tap however).
